Submitting this form will give our team everything we'd need to set up your reactivation campaign! If you have any questions at all please feel free to contact us and we will help you in any way that we can.

Please note: Reactivation requests take 2-3 business days from the time of the request to be ready for launch. Please add your requested launch date accordingly.

IMPORTANT: If enough contacts opt out of your reactivation campaign (i.e. replying STOP), texting for your account may be temporarily disabled. Please make sure your contact list is vetted before submitting. We will drip SMS messages out gradually to comply with SMS sending policies.

If your members are not tagged or marked as won, please tag or mark them so we're able to exclude them! If you need assistance with this please contact your CS coach.
Reactivation messages are sent in drip mode, meaning contacts flow into the campaign gradually over several hours. This improves deliverability and protects your phone number reputation, while also preventing your team from being overwhelmed by a sudden flood of replies. Knowing your preferred window helps us pace the rollout the way you want.
